Our Performance class is a high-level strength and conditioning program that fuses Olympic lifting, powerlifting, functional bodybuilding, CrossFit-style conditioning, and dedicated mobility work into one powerful, results-driven experience.


Designed for experienced individuals ready to push past plateaus, this program delivers a well-rounded approach to performance by building raw strength, increasing work capacity, and enhancing movement quality.


Each class is expertly coached, progressively programmed, and tailored to challenge athletes who are serious about taking their fitness to the next level.
