Program Description

Our Function class is a functional bodybuilding class designed for all level of fitness. It combines strength and accessory work to build lean muscle, improve mobility and boost overall performance. This class is the perfect entry point for new members as it introduces you to our training style in a supportive , coach-led environment while delivering a challenging, results driven workout.
